2. Don't give up until you get the meeting
3. Always make the conversations about them
4. Shut up & listen
5. Ask better questions to uncover pain
6. Don't just 'follow up'; add value
7. A well executed sales strategy will increase the perception of your business
8. In the early days; don't hire from big companies
