I am honored to have been used by God as a catalyst in getting this project, The Blank Slate Monument, off the ground.

What started as a phone call to me back in 2018 has manifested into a nationwide tour with a major stop in Times Square, New York City!

As our nation faces the ghosts of our past to shape a more prosperous future, I am reminded of the theme from another project I was involved in, TED Global 2017, which was “Builders. Truth-Tellers. Catalysts”

Who knew that would be a premonition of things to come?

There is a famous saying in my native Ghana, Sankofa (pronounced San ko fah), which translates to “reaching back to knowledge gained in the past and bringing it into the present to make positive progress.”
How can reflecting on our nation's past help us propel forward? Well, that is a question for all of us to reflect on.

With July 4th upon us and record travel anticipated, I encourage you to spend some time with your family asking the hard questions. Yes, the truth is uncomfortable. Yet, if we are to propel our nation forward, it is necessary to sit in the discomfort
