There's much scrutiny about the lack of effort by the Columbus Police Force, particularly Police Chief Kim Jacobs,  surrounding several rape cases involving youth in poverty in Columbus, Ohio.  The outrage has reached a limit for many, and a Press Conference with many prominent Columbus leaders will be held this evening, asking for the resignation of the Columbus Police Chief.
