Qualitate Raises $25M Series A Led by Insight Partners to Scale AI Market Research

The New York startup runs automated expert interviews and turns them into searchable intelligence that B2B teams can query on demand.

Qualitate, a New York-based AI market research company, has raised $25 million in Series A funding led by Insight Partners. Existing investors IA Ventures and Crew Capital also participated, according to The SaaS News.

The company, founded and led by CEO Sagar Kadakia, positions itself as the first continuous intelligence system for B2B buyers and industry experts.

What Qualitate Does

Traditional primary research is slow and expensive. A company that wants to understand a market typically commissions a project, waits weeks for a firm to recruit experts and schedule calls, then receives a static report that starts aging the day it lands.

Qualitate replaces that model with automated expert interviews. Its platform conducts the conversations, then converts what experts say into searchable, evidence-grounded intelligence that clients can query whenever they need it. Instead of buying a one-time study, customers get a living body of research that keeps growing.

The pitch is aimed at investors, strategy teams and enterprise buyers who depend on expert insight to make decisions about markets, vendors and competitors. For those teams, the value is not just speed but coverage: questions that were never worth a full research project can now get answered.

How It Will Use the Funding

Qualitate said the new capital will go toward scaling its AI-native platform, integrating its system more deeply into enterprise business workflows, and making primary research faster and more affordable for clients. The company did not disclose revenue or customer figures.

Why It Matters Now

Expert networks and market research firms have been ripe for disruption for years. Their core product depends on human schedulers, recruiters and analysts, which keeps prices high and turnaround times long. Generative AI changes the economics: an AI interviewer can run many conversations in parallel, and language models can synthesize the results into answers rather than transcripts.

Insight Partners leading the round is a signal of where investors think the category is heading. The firm has backed a long list of data and analytics companies, and a $25 million Series A gives Qualitate room to compete with incumbents that have spent decades building expert databases.

The challenge will be trust. Market research is only as good as its sources, and buyers will want proof that automated interviews capture the nuance a seasoned analyst would. Qualitate's emphasis on evidence-grounded outputs, where answers trace back to what experts actually said, is an attempt to answer that concern up front.

There is also a distribution question. Research budgets inside large companies are spread across consultants, data vendors and expert networks, and winning them means fitting into the tools analysts already use. That is why deeper workflow integration sits at the top of Qualitate's spending plan.

If it works, the shift could move research from a periodic purchase to a continuous feed, the same transition analytics went through when live dashboards replaced quarterly reports. For companies that make decisions weekly rather than annually, that could be the difference between reacting to a market and anticipating it.
