The Takeaway

After Harbinger, life sciences took the two biggest checks of the day. The more telling pattern is AI moving into old-line professional services: Numica and Kabilio are both rebuilding the accounting firm, and Kalepa is doing the same for insurance underwriting. Not on this list is Isomorphic Labs, which Bloomberg reports is in talks to raise $5 billion at a $50 billion valuation. That deal’s terms are not final.
