​Born in Bahia, Brazil and raised in Queens, New York, Milla already has quite the list of accomplishments. From singing background for hitmakers like Shawn Mendes, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato and H.E.R.; appearing in a commercial honoring Jennifer Lopez as MTV’s 2018 Video Vanguard recipient; to performing across New York City at SOB’s, The Delancey, SoFar and the world famous Apollo Theatre to name a few.

If you have heard Shawn Mendes’s ‘Teach Me How to Love’, you have also heard Milla’s vocals on it. Milla worked in the studio with Shawn Mendes on his latest album, Wonder, laying vocals on ‘Teach Me How to Love’, ‘Dream’, and ‘Piece of You’. Fans also caught a glimpse of Milla working in the studio with the Canadian singer-songwriter in the Netflix Original Documentary, Shawn Mendes: In Wonder. After gaining some traction on Instagram and YouTube with cover videos, Milla teased her growing fanbase with three singles last year - ‘Something Real’, ‘Calor’ and ‘Reason’ later in the fall.
