The family and team around the tragic shooting that took place at a Walmart in Beavercreek, Ohio - got some much needed good news. Just days after the shooting and sudden death of John Crawford, 22, the Crawford family got the news that they have been waiting for. Community leaders, volunteers, and many others rallied together on Broad Street. The Vigil for John Crawford, which was organized the Ohio Student Association, brought together several hundred. They received coverage from ABC and others local media outlets. They gave a letter to Attorney General Mike DeWine - demanding the release of the footage of John Crawford's murder. The peaceful demonstration, including poetry, was a great chance to remember John Crawford and stand in solidarity as a community. It is great to hear that today, Attorney General Mike DeWine has announced that the family will be able to view the Walmart tape of the footage. The FBI has also been asked to investigate in this shooting. And just like that Aphex Twin, announces that his next album, titled 'SYRO' will be coming very soon! In typical fashion, Aphex Twin announces the album and its contents cryptically (see image below) Here is the track list Aphex Twin's upcoming album (provided from Rolling Stone)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is visually stunning. As a child, this was the first super-hero type of movie that I saw, so after seeing this remake, I was more than pleased! There were several bickering among people that I know, that this movie would suffer because of the turtles being entirely computer-generated. This thought is quickly forgotten as the movie progresses. Johnathon Liebesman does a terrific job in explaining the story to a new audience, and connecting with TMNT hardcore fans. The action scenes are amazing! Shredder is a mother f*$@%n! bad ass! That was awesome to see because I was never really scared of the old school Shredder (low key). The cast compliments the story and this movie will provide laughs throughout! "U.S. President Barack Obama has authorized airstrikes against Islamist militants in Iraq if needed, saying the U.S. cannot turn a blind eye to potential genocide. WSJ's Ramy Inocencio speaks with Pentagon reporter Julian Barnes for analysis.
President Barack Obama authorized targeted airstrikes and emergency assistance missions in northern Iraq, saying Thursday the U.S. must act to protect American personnel and prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in the face of advances by violent Islamist militants. The U.S. military said it completed a delivery of meals and water to thousands of members of a religious minority who fled the town of Sinjar and are trapped in nearby mountains by the group calling itself the Islamic State."
