• Nominations can be submitted by organizations and individuals.
• There is no limit to how many nominations you can make.
• All nominees must live or work within Central Ohio.
• All nominations will be carefully considered, and the decisions of the SJA Nomination Committee will be final. 
• Application Deadline: Monday, August 16, 2021, at 4:54 PM
• Award recipients announced: Friday, September 3, 2021
