This gross injustice to Barry Beach & Kim Nees is an injustice to us all. It sickens me to have to someday explain atrocities such as this to my daughtr, who will be born in six weeks. Follow the evidence & it is plain to see that Mr. Beach is an innocent man, yet still being punished for a horrific crime. His time of freedom has also proved he is an honrable citizen. It breaks my heart & my faith in this country to have Mr. Beach incarcerated, missing his whole life, while his mother misses time with her beloved son. Barry Beach still has so much faith & dignity, even after all these years; he is one of my heroes. Please right this wrong.

Being imprisoned for a crime you did not commit is injustice beyond belief.. Being imprisoned 30 year for a crime you did not commit is criminal . The Montana justice system should be very ashamed. Set this man free--NOW.

Way to go Alan I've been saying that all along. People have done worse and are already out. Get off your high horse's he has suffered enough and I think once released they shouldn't have been allowed to send him back.

Its a shame how innocent people in the world can be locked away or put on death row for coverups to mistakes, system failure or misrepresentation of justice to human pride, error, ego and reputations to politicians can destroy with such needless inhumane acts of law practices and governing positions of power! To let Barry out and then return him after all that time. The Holy Spirit moving thru Barry with such impact on others while he was free, Such is the plan of the enemy, the prince of this world, Satan to keep anymore or as many as possible from accepting Christ in their hearts! It's more than just a life sentence to hand down to someone in this world and realm! It's an eternity to a stay no one can be returned, let out, do overs, retrials, probation's, halfway houses, transitions centers, rehab for changes and etc are a done deal! After the court and judgment seat of Christ for all as all will face individually one day, all whom dwell on earth will go to their judgment and all they have done good, bad, all their life is recorded in a book, all they have done written down and a thorough going through shall be an open book to every individual with Jesus for judgment! These are then not gonna be what convicts, or has bearing on sentence for ones eternity! It will be humbling as imagination would lend to this event. But the outcome to judgement all written down doesn't mean anything to ones final destination! There are only 2 hereafters, There is Heaven, and there is Hell... After this judgment book of ones life is gone through or gone over with Christ, then another book "The Book Of Life" is opened and if one, anyone, individually this will be for all, if anyone's name is not found written in This Book Of Life, will not be going to Heaven! It means the other eternity, an eternal placement and an never ending stay in Hell..! The Holy Bible in Revelation 20/10-15! Read the whole chapter certainly, and in verse 10 we see this about the enemy, The Devil (Satan) that tries to deceive all on earth to keep them from being written in The Book Of Life and being cast into Hell, The Lake of Fire for all eternity, Satan, and all others mentioned, it reveals that people of the earth will be judged and any not found written in this book will be going to the same place as Satan! This ministering and testimony to Barry's travels to serve God in this capacity, to teach others whom don't know, believe, or have any idea how to get to Heaven or not be sentenced to Hell for an eternity simply by not accepting Christ into ones heart is all it takes to be going to or not to be going to either eternities! Barry was soldering to tell as many as possible this very event and all important, encompassing, reality to preordained of and by God and coming to pass one day it will all be done on earth as it is in Heaven! Matthew 6/10 To assure ones place in Heaven was not always possible, we were all destined to Hell... God sent Jesus to die on the cross to make this possible, the only way was through Jesus Christ at the cross! John 3/16 but read all this chapter! To be guaranteed this freedom from Hell for an eternity and an admittance into The Kingdom Of Heaven, is to only one way and that is through Jesus Christ... It is by admittance of to God in prayer with confession of ones mouth with belief in ones heart that God sent Christ here to die for our sins, and raised Christ up from the dead to reign over all souls and salvation of souls for an eternity! Romans 10/9-13 Read entire chapter and of course just right after verse 13 you will see this very question and answer to the need of preachers, ministers, just like Barry was doing to get this eternal message out to as many as possible before Christ returns from Heaven for tis judgement! Revelation chapters 19,20 and 21... It doesn't matter the faults, wrongs, mistakes of anyone or any of us! But one must be born again in Christ with this acceptance in ones heart and letting in The Holy Spirit Of God to have all this erased from God and though not erased from the Books as judgment will be happening,and too late will it be for any that pass from earth, this life and have not accepted Christ with belief in ones heart/the heart and confession with ones mouth! Or should one be alive at the return from the clouds, the Lord, Jesus, King, and eternal Savior! If one hasn't confessed with belief and admittance to belief to God this was done at the cross! Again salvation from our sins! 1st JOHN 1/9-10 1st John 2/1-5 Read all this Book in 1st JOHN and chapters! Read entire Bible, Old Testament also but very much the New Testament! You will read and see that it will be too late to do it then! Jesus is knocking at the door of all hearts right now! Revelation 3/20... Read entire chapter for certain! So then when or if we pass and have not opened our hearts to Christ and let Him in, or we are alive should we be to see Him coming from the clouds, and have not done the same? Then no entrance into Heave

Free this man! He is innocent. The women today that murdered her when they were girls need to come forward! How can they stand aside and allow this to continue!
