Glyvolner "Gly" Gabriel is a first generation Haitian-American from Newark, NJ. He is also the first in his family to graduate from college, graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and Engineering. He then forayed into "Wall Street," working as an analyst in the Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. Subsequently, Gly backpacked throughout Latin America, visiting 14 countries over the span of 13 months. It was during this trip that he discovered his life’s mission – to help people live happy, healthy, & fulfilling lives. After returning, Gly founded New Norm Media, a video marketing & consulting agency that worked with conscious & purpose-driven businesses. But after achieving some initial traction in the business, he knew that in order for him to truly fulfill his mission in a way that was aligned with his unique skills and passions, he would need to pivot.Unlocking Possibilities from Harvard to Wall Street with Gly Gabriel and Manny Larcher So now Gly focuses on helping professionals (especially of color) unlock their full potential, figure out the next steps in their life & career, and then actually make it happen.
